We need minerals and vitamins for the skin, and we get these from what we put onto our skin aswell as from our food - we are holistic beings after all, and one thing effects another.

Holistic skin care is about keeping it simple and natural, and thinking out of the box. Not being taken in with every TV and magazine ad for some flashy new product guarantee to erase wrinkles and make us look ten years younger.

The only thing that will help us here, other than pollyfilla (although I have noticed some worryingly similar products on the market designed to literally fill-in creases!) is low stress, and a natural and healthy lifestyle. Natural health, natural skin care, and as stress-free a life as possible.
